N3 – Finchley – Bespoke Timber Doors / Sash Windows
This beautiful Edwardian property which we are very proud of, comprising of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two reception rooms, is situated in a cul-de-sac location, off Hendon Lane.
The renovation project was unique and we paid close attention to the design, in order to keep with the character of the property. The sash windows‘ bespoke architraves internal and external were very sensitive and we purchased special moulding tools in order to copy the exact design.
The main door, one that we are particularly proud of comprises White Diamond privacy glass, timber bespoke surrounds, and two high-security Banham Locks. Another important feature of the building is a bespoke picture window, floor to ceiling, on the ground floor rear elevation, facing the garden.
