This semidetached property located in Streatham Hill had a mix of rotting timber and inappropriate plastic windows.

All were replaced with high performance, double glazed products which made an immediate improvement to the aesthetics of the property.

On the Entry Door and Side Fixed window we had original glass features that the client wanted to keep. These have been restored, retained and integrated into the new double glazed glass – to preserve and enhance the character of the property both internally and externally.

The Casement windows had lead to the top panes, therefore for the new windows we opted for 9mm aged lead, for a truly authentic appearance.

The windows are perfect, more than expected. The comparison are double-glazed sash windows, which were fitted 10 years ago by another company on the other side of the house.
