We bought an old house with an ugly modern extension with uPVC windows on the back. The new sash windows are beautiful and very good quality. They have transformed it inside and out. Can't praise Jerry highly enough. He was quick to understand our requirements and professional and pleasant to deal with. When our builders let us down he was very supportive and suggested a way through. We are delighted with the final result and would use the company again.

My first and only experience of having my house double-glazed so was an exceptionally big and important job that not only impacted on time and finances, but my wife is currently 8.5 months pregnant and I have two children under 5 around which meant a logistical nightmare to project manage. From my first call with Michelle, throughout the planning, manufacture, installation and aftercare they have been faultless and incredibly supportive of our situation. Everything was made plain and simple, particularly communications with Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust to gain approval for the conserved area we live in, so we didn't have to worry about anything more than dates and payments. Financially, the quotes I received from others were almost double what we were quoted through Sash Windows. This led me to question why and surely meant we were in for a lesser quality of window, or service, however, I couldn't find fault with anything and whilst still a significant amount to part with, I considered it very good value for money. The windows look incredible and have really brightened up the house both inside and out. The double glazing has shut out noise and kept in heat (perfect timing!) and is exceptionally safe for my wife and soon-to-be 3 children. The service was impeccable and the workmen true gentlemen. They worked around my wife and children, made sure they focused on the quieter work at nap time, and even helped when an elderly neighbour took a fall in the street and waited inside for an ambulance to arrive. The house was left spotless and whilst there were very few things to make good (few scratches and splashes) they did so with no attention to detail and no fuss. I must also send special thanks to Amely who supported me to manage this project, keeping in touch and answering the tonne of queries I had on an almost daily basis. All in all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend. Thanks to all at Sash for a job well done.

We cannot fault the experience in any way...! Timeline and delivery were as promised. The team that fitted the new window were superb in all aspects...arrival, attention to detail whilst fitting, extremely courteous and tidy. Heartily recommend them to anyone.
