Located in Kensington, this beautiful six-story property that was initially a 10+ bedrooms, terraced house it’s now split in 5 flats with lift access.
A mixture of our Herritage line, with over 40 Sash and Casement Windows, 10 French and Juliet doors and a bespoke Timber Entry Door with Top and Side Lights.
Due to the sash window floor to ceiling heights and therefore weights, we used traditional pulleys system with chains instead of cords.
To the top floor we installed a few Juliet Balcony doors, with tilt and turn operating mechanism.
To complete the project we fitted a bespoke Matt Black timber Entry door, fitted with an Electric Release high security Banham lock.
