SW5 – Earls Court – Timber Windows – Trebovir Hotel
This is by far one of our most complex projects, as it involves timber windows, doors, building works and furniture.
We were referred to the current owner by the owner of a few previous hotels we have replaced within Victoria and Central London.
As the hotel was being located, the process had to be quite smooth, stages were agreed in advance and we booked the rooms for the works, meaning there was no room for error. We organised multiple visits in order to confirm details and sizes for production.
There were also some major building works being carried out and their current contractor has let them down. As we have quite a few building acquaintances throughout London we were happy to take in the extensive building works as well.
The rooms also needed new furniture. As we have a 30-year carpentry background we took on the furniture supply and fit.
