CHIQ terraced house that has it all…
The project involved replacing sash and casement windows throughout the property. In addition, the rear facade also benefits of 2 new Single French Doors and a  Unique Conservatory.
Security and insulation were a main concern for the customer, hence all double glazed units have been equipped with a combo of 6.8 and 8.8mm Acoustic Laminated Glass and high security lock features all SBD accredited and insurance approved.
The finish was another challenge we successfully met as all units had a dual finish with F&B Pitch Black External, and separate finishes internal such as Ammonite, Peignor, Pean Black and a bespoke French paint supplier for the internal finish of the conservatory.
